  • Many programs focus on one area—like fitness , self-mastery, or habit change —but Resilient Brotherhood stands out by integrating physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health alongside tackling important aspects of masculinity. 

    This is not a one-dimensional approach. A key pillar in the Resilient method is Mind-Body-Spirit Integration: touching every aspect of life and wellbeing, creating true balance and harmony between body, mind, and spirit. Unlike quick fixes or trendy solutions, this program offers long-term, sustainable practices that can be integrated into daily life for lasting change.

  • Absolutely! This group welcomes men at all levels, whether you’re new to holistic health practices or have been on this journey for a while.

  • We will meet as a group 3 times a month, with 1 week as an integration week. Beyond that, you’ll spend about 1-2 hours per week working on your personal goals and engaging with course content. It really depends on what you want to put in. The more consistency and dedication you put into this, the more you’ll get out of it. 

  • The program will last 3 months, and afterwards will roll into a larger online men’s community with access to future calls, programs, and individual coaching. 

  • You will get the opportunity to do an individual coaching session as part of the program. If you’re interested in more in depth individual coaching, you have the option to sign up for that as well at a discounted rate. 


Meet Your Guide: Naushad Godrej, NBC-HWC

Naushad is a board-certified health and wellness coach with years of experience helping people overcome pain and live with more vitality. A former Division I athlete, Naushad knows firsthand the challenges of balancing physical health with mental and emotional well-being.

After overcoming life-changing injuries, Naushad dove deep into holistic practices, including meditation, breathwork, primal movements, and functional training. His goal is to help men like you integrate these practices, develop greater awareness, and live with greater balance, purpose, and joy.

Naushad’s coaching style is both compassionate and practical, guiding you to uncover your own wisdom while equipping you with tools for lasting change.
