I began working with Naushad because I wanted a health coach and someone who would hold me accountable for workouts and eating. What I am getting from working with him is so much more than what I came for!

Naushad has a way of holding space that is so present, focused and authentic. He listens to everything and is able to ask the perfect question to awaken or challenge something within me. Not only has my health/workouts changed, I have noticed every aspect of my life enhanced. My business is taking off. My creativity has awakened again and I’m excited about doing and trying new things. I’m writing a book. I’m creating a podcast.

I highly recommend working with Naushad doing Integrative Therapy. It is a combination of movement, breathwork, and coaching. As a bodyworker I loved this and it resonated so much with me. The Integrative Therapy enabled me to move, breathe and be in my body and be fully present for our coaching. Naushad’s investigation into my process was a catalyst to push the boundary of my comfort zone which was needed to help me to make new decisions in my life. I definitely learned to get into a better habit of being gentle with myself in the evening and doing things to relax my nervous system such as taking a shower, doing acupuncture, breathing exercises, meditation, reading, drinking tea, and so on.

Naushad’s ability to ask insightful questions was very powerful and helped me think of things in a new light. The whole process of health coaching allowed me to look at the issue from a number of different angles and find the root of my problem.

I feel so grateful that I found Naush. He’s an amazingly thoughtful person. And really knows his stuff. The combination of being a lifelong athlete, a skilled personal trainer, and massage therapist, means he has a lot of personal experience with body mechanics and injury. This makes him super empathetic and focused on making sure his clients are getting a great workout while being mindful of any weak spots. He’s far from a drill sergeant type, but not a push-over, either. I tend to be very accident-prone, which usually derails my fitness efforts, but he’s managed to keep me injury-free since we started working together a couple months ago. One thing I am most appreciative of, outside of our sessions, is that he checks in often, to see how I’m doing, and to provide links to products or training videos that we might discuss during a workout. He’s the first trainer I’ve ever worked with, and can’t believe how lucky I am to have found him. He’s given me lots of exercises that I can do on my own, at home, too. I’m not the kind of person who’s naturally motivated toward fitness or who finds this stuff fun. But now, it’s become a part of my life, and I can’t imagine not doing it. I would add that Naushad was always very punctual, professional, and a nice combination of confident and modest about his abilities, discreet and yet at ease with his communication and help — so very articulate in conveying a realistically positive attitude! He was always looking for ways to better customize his training to my situation (70 year old having had two back surgeries who still loves hiking, and wanted help finding appropriate exercises to minimize pain and maximize strength).
